  Sure. I’m Javier, 35 years old, Spanish.
  I've been working for years as a web developer, programer, marketing, and online coach.
  I love calm, energizing activities like biking, kayak, snorkeling, and even things like sunrises, deep conversations..., and, of course, bring happiness to people I connect with.
  
• 2. What am I offering exactly?
  You can think in this like a one-person camp, fully only for you.
  You come to my home for a few days or weeks, and surround of calm and energy of this environment, and if you like we do things together like kayak, paddle-surf, scuba diving, tourism, etc.
  It will be a pleasure to show your everything here.
• 3. Why do you do this?
  I do this because I can, I want to, I enjoy meeting awesome people. And also, because I have to take care of my little kitty 🐱
• 4. Who is this for?
  This is not open for everyone, only for souls alive.
  
• 5. What kind of environment can I expect with you?
  The environment I offer is healthy, respectful, and based on trust. It's all about well-being, human connection, and enjoying nature with simplicity. There are no parties, no tobacco, no alcohol.
• 6. How do I get San Juan Beach, in Alicante (Spain)?
  If you are in Europe you can take a flight that will last about ~3hours. Take a look at the prices on skyscanner because there are flights everyday for about 40-200€, depends of your city.
  Once you are here, you can take a Uber for about ~25€ to come to San Juan Beach.
• 7. Where will I sleep?
  You'll sleep in my flat next to the beach, in a private room (full respect). It also has direct exit to a terrace with sea views.
